New Century AirCenter is a 2,500-acre facility located approximately 20 miles southwest of downtown Kansas City, Missouri, between the cities of Olathe and Gardner, Kansas. There is a 7,300' main runway with a 5,000' crosswind runway, FAA contract air traffic control tower, Category I instrument landing system, and fire station with ARFF capability. Of the remaining acreage, slightly more than four hundred acres are under long term lease to over 35 industrial and commercial tenants. New Century AirCenter is home to leaders in the field of telecommunications, food processing, printing and avionics. These companies benefit from the New Century AirCenter's comparatively low tax rate, cost-savings land leasing, ample infrastructure capacity and direct access to Interstate 35, the Burlington Northern Santa Fe mainline and a commercially licensed airfield. Over one thousand acres remain available for long term lease in parcels from 1 to 300 acres. The land has not been subdivided, so development parcels can be configured to meet the client's needs.
